The Registry
The Registry, brought to you by Complia, is a full-spectrum registry portal where Practitioners, Sacramental Organizations, Medicinal Patients, Sacramental Users, and Cannabis Business Agents can register and gain their credentials for legal participation in the Cannabis Industry.
The Registry is now open for Practitioners, Medical Patients, Caregivers, Sacramental Organizations, and Sacramental Users to apply for cards and certificates.
Payment Options:
Checks or Money Orders can be mailed to the Office of Cannabis Regulation: 8201 Subbase, Suite 1, St. Thomas, VI 00802 along with reference to your application number.
Cash, Check, and Credit Card payments can be made at any Department of Licensing and Consumer Affairs Offices.
Credit Card payments can be made by emailing a completed Credit Card Authorization Form to info.ocr@ocr.vi.gov
The fee for biannual registration is $250 for Practitioners and $200 for Sacramental Organizations.
