a. Plan for steady production and supply of cannabis for manufacturers and dispensaries

b. The cultivation methods being used, including planned fertilizer, pesticides, and growth aids

c. The process to ensure the quality, purity, and consistency of the cannabis being cultivated

a. Evidence of a facility that matches and is able to sustain the proposed cultivation volume at the maximum level for the proposed tier

SECTION 8: SOCIAL EQUITY PLAN ELIGIBILITY: 150 points

Applicants seeking additional points under the Social Equity Plan must submit documentation proving they meet one or more qualifying criteria: (1) Majority Ownership by individuals adversely impacted by the criminal justice system for cannabis-related activities now deemed legal, including records of arrest or conviction for themselves or a parent/legal guardian; (2) Majority Ownership by individuals who are members of an organized religion or faith that is incorporated under title 13 of the Virgin Islands Code who use Cannabis in the sincere exercise of their religion or faith and faced law enforcement action for sacramental cannabis use; (3) Proof of status as a Female-Owned Entity through ownership and identity verification; or (4) Proof of status as a Service-Disabled Veteran Entity, including veteran status and service-connected disability documentation

AFFIRMATION & CONSENT

By virtue of submitting our signatures in Part I, and submitting this application (Part II), I/We as an owner(s) for the applicant business, state under penalty for offering a false instrument for recording pursuant to 19 V.I.C. Pt. III, Ch. 34 that the entire regulated Cannabis Business License Application statements, attachments, and supporting schedules are true and correct to the best of my/our knowledge and belief, and that this statement is executed with the knowledge that misrepresentation or failure to reveal information requested may be deemed sufficient cause for the refusal to issue a Cannabis License by the Office of Cannabis Regulation. Further, I/we am/are aware that later discovery of an omission or misrepresentation made in the above statements may be grounds for denial of the cannabis business application. I/We am/are voluntarily submitting this application to the US Virgin Islands Office of Cannabis Regulation, under oath, with full knowledge that I/we may be charged with perjury or other crimes for intentional omissions and misrepresentations pursuant to US Virgin Islands law or for offering a false instrument for recording pursuant to 19 V.I.C. Pt. III, Ch. 34. I/We further consent to any background investigation necessary to determine my/our present and continuing suitability and that this consent continues as long as I/we hold a US Virgin Island Cannabis Cultivation License. Note: If your check is rejected due to insufficient or uncollected funds, the application is considered incomplete.
