The Office of Cannabis Regulation invites members of the public to submit comments regarding the Draft Intoxicating Hemp Rules & Regulations. Public input is an important part of the rulemaking process, and all comments received during the public comment period (30 Days) will be reviewed and considered before the regulations are finalized.
