US Virgin Islands – The Department of Licensing and Consumer Affairs (DLCA) announces that the Virgin Islands Cannabis Advisory Board (VICAB), will conduct a virtual town hall on Thursday, November 18, 2021 at 6:00 p.m. to introduce the proposed Medicinal Cannabis Rules and Regulations and also to receive input from the community. The VICAB shall publish the proposed Rules & Regulation for the public to review prior to the virtual town hall. The virtual town hall is scheduled to occur via Zoom at the provided link below:
