(U.S. Virgin Islands) – The Virgin Islands Department of Licensing and Consumer Affairs (DLCA) announces that the Virgin Islands Cannabis Advisory Board (VICAB) will conduct a virtual town hall on Monday, February 28, 2022, at 6:00 pm to introduce the draft proposed Medicinal Cannabis Rules and Regulations.
The proposed Medicinal Cannabis Rules & Regulations are being reviewed by the Office of Cannabis Regulations and the Department of Justice. A comment period shall open after the Town Hall Meeting for 30 days.
