March 1, 2022 – The Virgin Islands Cannabis Advisory Board and the Department of Licensing and Consumer Affairs’s Office of Cannabis Regulations (OCR) held a virtual town hall via ZOOM on February 28, 2022 to give an update on the Office of Cannabis Regulations, an introduction to Title 19 Chapter 34 of the Virgin Islands Code, upcoming programmatic initiatives, and rules and regulations of the upcoming Medical Cannabis program roll out.
The initial draft of the rules and regulations have been posted on the OCR website under the page title “Governance, Rules & Regulations” and can be found at ocr.vi.gov/governing-rules–regulations/.
