July 29, 2022 – The Virgin Islands Department of Licensing and Consumer Affairs (DLCA) announces that the Virgin Islands Cannabis Advisory Board (VICAB) convened a virtual board meeting on Thursday, July 28, 2022, at 10:00 am. The agenda included welcoming Commissioner Richard T. Evangelista to the Cannabis Advisory Board, who was confirmed to the VICAB on July 20, 2022, and formally selecting Hannah V. Carty as the Executive Director of the Office of Cannabis Regulations retroactively to January 3, 2022.
