August 8, 2022 – The Virgin Islands Department of Licensing and Consumer Affairs (DLCA) announces that the Virgin Islands Cannabis Advisory Board (VICAB) will convene a virtual board meeting on Wednesday, August 10, 2022, at 9:00 am. The agenda includes discussing the Rules and Regulations and the Strategic Plan developed by the Office of Cannabis Regulations.
