AUGUST 12, 2022, US VIRGIN ISLANDS – The Office of Cannabis Regulations (OCR), an office within the Virgin Islands Department of Licensing and Consumer Affairs, announces the release of the much anticipated Proposed Rules and Regulations, which were unanimously approved by the Cannabis Advisory Board during their August 10, 2022 meeting.
The Rules and Regulations may be found on the OCR website: ocr.vi.gov
Once reviewed, official comments and concerns regarding this document may be emailed to comments@usvi.onmicrosoft.com and will be available through September 12, 2022 at 5:00 PM AST.
