July 27, 2022 – The Virgin Islands Department of Licensing and Consumer Affairs (DLCA) announces that the Virgin Islands Cannabis Advisory Board (VICAB) will convene a virtual board meeting on Thursday, July 28, 2022, at 10:00 am. The agenda shall include personnel matters inclusive of welcoming Commissioner Richard T. Evangelista to the Cannabis Advisory Board.
